I can withdraw this consent before signing by contacting Aspirer Van Rentals, although doing so may prevent online completion. I authorize Aspirer Van Rentals to call, text or email me about this reservation request. This is transactional consent only and is not consent to unrelated marketing messages. Important booking disclosure: Submitting this form does not reserve the van. Your personalized quote will identify the rental price, refundable security deposit, mileage allowance, excess-mileage rate and cancellation terms. For bookings with pickup more than 24 hours away, a $65 nonrefundable reservation deposit is due after agreement signing and is credited toward the rental total. The remaining rental balance is due 48 hours before pickup, with reminder emails sent at 48 hours and again at 24 hours if the balance is still unpaid. Bookings made within 24 hours of pickup require full payment. The reservation is confirmed only after approval, acceptance, required verification, electronic signature and successful payment. The accepted quote and rental agreement control if they differ from general website information.

Who we are

This website and reservation service are operated by Aspirer Consultancy, doing business as Aspirer Van Rentals, North Hills, California 91343 (“Aspirer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions or privacy requests may be sent to jobin.joseph@aspirercon.com or 323-679-5100.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email, telephone number, trip dates and times, destination, estimated mileage, passenger count and trip notes. If you proceed, we may also collect driver-license details, optional insurance information, electronic-signature records, payment status, communications, vehicle inspection information and incident or claim records. Card information is entered directly with our payment processor; we do not receive the complete card number.

How we use information

We use information to review availability and eligibility, prepare quotes and agreements, communicate about reservations, process payments, verify drivers and coverage, deliver the vehicle, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, protect the vehicle, resolve disputes, respond to claims and comply with law.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with hosting and technology providers, email-delivery providers, Stripe or another payment processor, coverage and claims administrators, professional advisers, government authorities or law enforcement, and parties involved in a transaction, dispute or claim. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for reservations, contracts, accounting, claims, legal obligations and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information by contacting us. We may retain information when required for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, claims or law. Our current website does not use third-party advertising trackers and does not track visitors across unrelated websites. Because no cross-site behavioral tracking is performed, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change our practices. We may use strictly necessary technologies required to operate and secure the site.

Children and policy changes

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and renters must satisfy the stated driver-age requirement. We may revise this policy and will post the updated effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Business identity and scope

This website is operated by Aspirer Consultancy, DBA Aspirer Van Rentals. These terms govern use of the website and reservation-request service. A separate accepted quote and signed rental agreement govern each rental and control if there is any conflict.

Requests are not reservations

Availability, rates, deposits, mileage and eligibility are not guaranteed by submitting a request. A booking is confirmed only after Aspirer approves the request and all required steps—including verification, acceptance, agreement and payment—are successfully completed.

Accurate information and eligibility

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and not to impersonate another person or misuse the website. Drivers must satisfy the age, license, coverage and other eligibility requirements stated in the quote or agreement. We may refuse or cancel a request for vehicle unavailability, safety, fraud, inaccurate information, failed verification or another lawful operational reason.

Pricing, cancellation and payment

Website descriptions are general and may change. Your quote and agreement will identify the applicable price, security deposit, included mileage, additional charges, cancellation or no-show terms and payment requirements before payment. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another identified processor under that provider’s terms.

Vehicle information and acceptable use

Photographs and descriptions are intended to represent the offered vehicle but may vary in lighting, accessories or presentation. Vehicle use is subject to the signed rental agreement, including authorized-driver, geographic, fuel, DEF, smoking, pet, safety, high-roof-clearance and prohibited-use provisions.

Electronic records

If you consent to electronic records, you agree to receive and sign documents electronically using a device with Internet access and the ability to view or save common web pages and PDF files. You may withdraw consent before signing by contacting us, request a paper copy, and download or print documents made available to you. Withdrawal does not invalidate records already completed.

Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aspirer is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

California law governs these website terms, without limiting rights provided by applicable law. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to jobin.joseph@aspirercon.com.
